To request an Equinix Marketplace customer or guest account, please provide your information in the fields below. Clicking the “Register” button at the end will submit your request for approval. Once approved you will receive an email notification containing the login information for your account. Note: Customer account approval is based on company email domain authentication. Guest account (non-Equinix customers) access to Marketplace will expire after three days of email approval.
Personal email addresses are not accepted. Please enter a valid corporate email address.
Your email address will be your Marketplace username. Your email domain must match a domain provided by your company as a valid corporate email domain for use on the Marketplace.
Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain both numbers and lower-case letters. The following special characters are not allowed: ; or < or > or [space bar].
Company Storefront Management
To request access to manage and edit a company storefront on the Marketplace, please check "Yes" in the box below. After review by a Marketplace Admin, the customer will be notified about permissions in a separate email. Guest accounts do not have storefronts, so can not apply for storefront access.
